These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of TopIndexer (the “Service”), operated by TopIndexer (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, using the dashboard, or calling the API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
TopIndexer submits the URLs you provide to a third-party indexing provider to trigger a crawl,
and reports back whether each page is verified in Google’s index. We do not control Google, and
we do not guarantee that any given page will be crawled or indexed. Index status is verified
independently — via a public Google site: check — and never requires access to your
Google Search Console.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secret. An API key grants full access to your team’s submissions and credit balance; treat it like a password and revoke any key you believe is compromised. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- submit URLs you do not own or are not authorized to index;
- submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content;
- attempt to manipulate, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the Service or its rate limits;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted; or
- violate Google’s or any third-party provider’s terms, or any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
4. Credits and billing
The Service runs on credits. One credit is consumed when a URL is submitted for indexing. Credits are purchased in advance, are denominated in the currency shown at checkout, and are non-transferable. Pricing is published on our site and may change prospectively. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. The 7-day guarantee
If a submitted URL is not verified in Google’s index within seven (7) days of submission, the
credit spent on that URL is automatically refunded to your balance. This is your sole and
exclusive remedy for a page that does not get indexed. The guarantee does not apply to URLs that
are blocked from indexing by your own site (for example, via robots.txt,
noindex, authentication, or removal requests).
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You retain all rights to the URLs and content you submit, and you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service on your behalf.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any page will be crawled or indexed by Google.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including billing, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
