This Privacy Policy explains what information TopIndexer (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information from Google. We store a one-way hash of your password and never store it in plain text.
Submission data
We store the URLs you submit, their normalized form, and the index status we observe for them. These are the core records the Service operates on.
Billing information
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive transaction metadata (such as amounts, credit-pack purchased, and status) but we do not store your full card details on our systems.
Usage and technical data
We collect basic technical data needed to operate and secure the Service, such as IP address, request timestamps, and API-key usage. We use a privacy-respecting challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) at sign-up to deter automated abuse.
2. How we use information
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to submit your URLs for indexing and report their status back to you;
- to process payments and manage your credit balance;
- to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms;
- to communicate with you about your account, including transactional email; and
- to comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers that operate the Service on our behalf — including our indexing provider (which receives the URLs you submit), our payment provider, our email provider, and our cloud infrastructure provider;
- Legal and safety recipients, where required by law or to protect rights and safety; and
- A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
To verify whether a page is indexed, we issue public Google site: queries. We never
request or use access to your Google Search Console.
4. Data retention
We retain account and submission data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We retain billing records as required for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account, after which we will delete or anonymize personal data except where retention is legally required.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and hashing of secrets such as passwords and API keys. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to it.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. International transfers
We and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
