TopIndexer is built on a simple promise: you only pay for pages that actually get indexed. This Refund Policy explains how that works and forms part of our Terms of Service.
The 7-day indexing guarantee
When you submit a URL, one credit is deducted from your balance. If that URL is not verified in Google’s index within seven (7) days, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance. You don’t need to file a request — our system checks index status on a recurring basis and returns the credit the moment a submission misses the window.
Refunds under the guarantee are issued as account credits, which you can spend on future submissions.
When the guarantee does not apply
Because indexing depends on the page itself being indexable, the guarantee does not cover URLs that your own site prevents from being indexed, including pages that are:
- blocked by
robots.txtor markednoindex; - behind authentication, paywalls, or otherwise not publicly reachable;
- returning errors or redirects, or removed from the live site;
- subject to a Google manual action or removal request; or
- duplicates that Google canonicalizes to a different URL.
In these cases the credit is considered spent, since the submission was delivered as requested.
Refunds on credit purchases
Unused credits from a purchase may be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase, provided the credit pack is substantially unused. Credits that have already been spent on submissions are not eligible for a cash refund, though any that miss the 7-day guarantee return to your balance as described above. Refund requests are processed through our payment provider and may take several business days to appear.
Free first submission
Your first URL is free. It does not consume a purchased credit and is not eligible for a cash refund.
How to request a refund
Guarantee refunds are automatic — there is nothing to do. For a refund on an unused credit purchase, or if something looks wrong on your account, email hello@topindexer.com from your account address and include your team name and the transaction in question. We aim to respond within two business days.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above, and changes apply to purchases and submissions made after they take effect.
